Dr. Julie Slavin graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1995 with a B.S. in Biology and received her medical degree from the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001, graduating with high honors. She has been practicing in Westchester since 2001.
Dr. Jenna Sansolo graduated from Quinnipiac University in May 2009 where she received her BS in Veterinary Technology. Before applying to veterinary school, she worked as a Veterinary technician to gain experience CE in the field. She received her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in September 2013, graduating with high honors. Dr. Sansolo completed her clinical rotations at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge, LA. She is interested in surgical, internal, and geriatric medicine, with a special interest in her feline patients. Dr. Sansolo lives in Westchester with her husband, daughter, and "fur-babies", a Norwegian Forest cat named Mochi and a Havapoo named Beaux. In her spare time, she likes to travel, work out and spend time with friends and family.
Kirstin Bellhouse graduated from Skidmore College in 1995 with a B.A. in English and worked in the field of medical publishing. She received a B.S. in Biology from Mercy College in 2004 and became an NYS Licensed Veterinary Technologist. Kirstin has been working as a vet tech in Westchester since 2002.
At 15 years old, Brenda started working as a vet assistant and continued for 8 years. After that, she went on to become a dog groomer for 7 years, and then a breeding kennel technician at the Guiding Eyes for the Blind breeding facility. She's been with VVP for a year and a half now and is already part of the family. She loves hiking, kayaking, and chilling with her dogs. She also loves reading a good book and watching movies.
